The BBQ forum is a great resource. The guide is great but finding a decent supply of fruitwoods and other smoking woods is bloody hard in Perth

Yeah im going to try and fin some handy tools for cooking like that and the alginate bath haha we could make bacon spheres!!! As for fruitwood I might have a search around the place and let you know if I can find any places!

cheers mate, I’ve seen that aussie bbq smoke before – I want to buy large amounts of wood chunks but postage adds up bloody quick. chips and dust don’t cut it with the offset smoker

Ooooo im making it before ill be there late coz I just started back at work! but i should be there around 6 – 6:30 if ur going to go! Yeah I kinda figured you would want big stuff that was just a small search i know another guy i can speak to so ill find out!!
